In tackling the challenge of redesigning an author's website, I began by analyzing numerous urban fiction author websites to glean insights and inspirations. Collaborating closely with the client, we delved into her preferences and dislikes, discussing desired changes and adjustments. Drawing from her favorite aesthetics, I crafted diverse image options using Canva and leveraged Wix's website design features to create mock-ups for review. Our iterative process allowed for tailored solutions, aligning the site's aesthetics with the author's vision while optimizing navigation.

The homepage underwent a dramatic transformation, featuring a dynamic video loop that adds motion and intrigue to the site's aesthetic. Each book series page received meticulous attention, with refreshed layouts and enhanced visual elements to engage readers effectively. Recognizing the importance of mobile accessibility, I diligently addressed issues with the mobile view, ensuring seamless navigation across all devices.
